At Summit Fit Roasters, we work with two fulfillment partners to deliver both premium roasted coffee and high-quality branded merchandise. Shipping timelines and carriers vary depending on the item type.

1. Coffee Orders

  • Fulfillment Time: Orders are typically roasted and shipped within 2–5 business days
  • Shipping Time (USA): Most coffee orders arrive within 4–8 business days after fulfillment
  • Shipping Time (Canada & Mexico): 7–20 business days depending on destination and customs processing
  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and service availability
  • Shipping Locations: We ship coffee to the United States, Canada, and Mexico
  • Customs Notice: International coffee orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)—recipients are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees at delivery
  • Bulk or Special Orders: Contact support@summitfitroasters.com for custom shipping solutions

2. Apparel & Merchandise Orders

  • Fulfillment Time: Printful typically fulfills apparel and merchandise in 2–7 business days
  • Shipping Time (USA): Expect delivery within 3–9 business days after fulfillment
  • Shipping Time (Canada & Mexico): Typically 7–20 business days depending on destination and local customs
  • Carriers: Varies by region and selected method (includes USPS, DHL, FedEx, and local delivery partners)
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout and may vary based on item type, weight, and location
  • Customs Notice: Orders shipped to Canada and Mexico are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)—the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT/IVA, or customs fees at delivery

Note: If your order contains both coffee and merchandise, items may ship separately from different fulfillment centers.

3. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your item(s) ship. If you haven’t received tracking within 7 business days, please contact us.

4. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears delayed or lost, email us at support@summitfitroasters.com. We’ll work with our fulfillment partners to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders of merchandise, local customs fees or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
