Summit Fit Roasters offers two product categories, (1) fresh-roasted coffee and (2) branded merchandise—each fulfilled separately and covered under different return policies.

Coffee

Because coffee is a perishable product, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. However, we’re happy to offer store credit in the following cases:

Eligible for Store Credit:

  • Wrong item or grind received
  • Damaged or mislabeled bag
  • Lost or stolen shipment (up to $25 credit per order)

To request store credit:

  • Email support@summitfitroasters.com within 14 days of delivery
  • Include your order number, issue description, and photo evidence (if applicable)
  • If approved, you’ll receive a digital gift card to use on your next order

Not eligible for credit:

  • Customer ordering errors or incorrect addresses
  • Taste preferences or unopened items
  • Orders older than 14 days
  • International or bulk coffee orders

Apparel & Merchandise

All branded apparel, mugs, hats, and merchandise are fulfilled by Printful and subject to their returns process.

Eligible for Return or Replacement:

  • Defective, misprinted, or damaged items
  • Items returned due to incorrect or undeliverable address

Process:

  • Contact support@summitfitroasters.com before sending any returns
  • We’ll confirm eligibility and provide the correct Printful return address
  • Returned items are held for 30 days before being donated if unclaimed
  • Reshipping fees apply for customer address errors
  • Sizing issues or buyer’s remorse are not covered

Note: Printful’s return addresses are facility-specific and vary by region (e.g., Texas, UK, Spain). Their addresses may be shared with customers only for product returns.
