Small-batch Guatemalan beans from Antigua are rested for 30 days inside a reclaimed bourbon barrel, allowing the coffee to absorb the nuanced aromas of whiskey-soaked oak. After aging, the beans are roasted fresh to a medium profile to preserve origin character while unlocking barrel-aged richness.
