Crafted Process:
Smallholder members of Koperasi Baitul Qiradh Baburrayyan (KBQB) cultivate Tim Tim, Typica, Ateng, Onan Ganjang, and Jember trees at 1,100 – 1,600 m. Cherries are harvested ripe and processed by Giling Basah (wet-hulling)—a Sumatran method that removes parchment early, quick-drying the beans and accentuating their signature syrupy body and muted acidity.
