Crafted Process:
Grown in the volcanic soils of Medellín at elevations between 1,300–1,500 meters, this roast features a blend of Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varietals. The beans are fully washed and dried in solar dryers, preserving their complexity while protecting them from the region’s frequent rains.
